1.机床数控系统采用西门子（SIEMENS）802S数控系统，工作台移动（Z轴），砂轮架进给（X轴），砂轮修整进给（Y轴）均实现数字控制。

2.机床具有自动循环磨削，导轮自动跳挡，自动修整砂轮，尺寸自动补偿等多种功能。

3.砂轮主轴采用流体静*承，主轴回转精度高，精度保持性能好。

1.It adopts SIEMENS 802S numerical control, which worktable moving on Z axle, wheel head feeding on X axle and wheel dressing feeding on Y axle are controlled by CNC.

2.The machine owns multi-functions, including auto-circulation grinding, gear auto-stopping for guide roller, wheel auto-dressing and wheel size auto-compensation etc.

3.Wheel spindle adopts fluid hydro-static bearing with high and stable revolution precision.
